Check the roots for rot maybe?

0 Me gustaTake out of soil and try to get all the soil off the roots. Sterilize some scissors. Cut back the roots until you see the insides are white. Spray clean roots with hydrogen peroxide. Leave it out overnight and let it dry. Root rot thrives when the soil is wet. If you don't have a lot of roots, you should put it in some water to help get more. I'd recommended Hydroguard to be added to your plants water. It helps convert the dead matter into nutrients for the roots. Good luck!
