Is it too late to repot? Should be time to put this on a coir pole, but a bit worried with it being very close to winter...

If youâre worried about the brown âstemâ looking things donât panic! Theyâre actually Ariel roots which are supposed to happen! They often occur on mature monsteras and in the wild they grow towards natural water sources! Iâd hold off on the repotting unless the main roots from the stem are coming out of the bottom through the drainage holes. Best of luck friend, sheâs gorgeous!

You have it inside, so it should be fine to repot. Monsteras are not very finicky
