Can anyone tell me why my leaves are yellowing and what I should do?… | Monstera Maniacs | Planta-fellesskap

Can anyone tell me why my leaves are yellowing and what I should do? Had her for about 10 months now and it’s been growing steady and putting out new leaves consistently so I’m not sure what changed. She just got two new healthy leaves that are unfurling too. 😩

She *might* need to be repotted. I had a similar problem with my monkey mask monstera. It was growing really well and then out of the blue over the course of 10 days. All of the bottom leaves started turning yellow. It turns out the nursery I bought her from had potted nine propagations in an 8 inch pot. It was growing so fast the individual plants were fighting for little nutrients was available. I split the plants into 3 pots with 3 stems each and they have all started growing really quickly and I’m getting no more yellow leaves! Other things to consider… Yellow leaves come from overwatering, under-watering, two little light, too much light, or lack of nutrients in the soil. It’s a game of figuring out what it is getting too little or too much of. Good luck! 🍀

Thank you so much! This is the pot I bought her in and I just bought a new one for her but I was so scared to repot because I see they don’t care to be moved much lol. I’ll try repotting tomorrow!
