My TC hasn’t seen progress in a few months. All my plants flourish except for this one. It’s under a soltech grove light. Maybe I need it turn it up and have it on for 12 hours? Right now it’s on a lower setting for 8 hours. This grew like gang busters in a mere 4 months from a 3” plant, but it seems like it just stopped.

Up it to 12 hrs for sure. Maybe get a light meter to check the FC strength. Also fertilize if you’re not doing that already.

How’s the ratio between root ball and pot size? Typical repot upsize is 1-2inches larger than root size. Chunkier soil mix is also recommended for Thai con’s as their roots are prone to root rot if they don’t get enough air/overwater. You may also be onto something worrying about light, as I’ve learned on mine they LOVE light as long as you’re not seeing active burn (which it sounds like you’re not). Easiest first change would be to increase the light for a few weeks and see what happens, if good than no problem. If no change then unput and checks the roots for rot, if no rot than try downsizing the pot size and making soil chunkier for better drainage/root aeration. If signs of rot then prune the squishy/ brown roots and down size and add more perlite or coco choir/orchid bark to improve drainage/aeration to roots to prevent root rot.

I normally allow my monsteras to get a little root bound before upsizing the pot and my soil mix is super chunky and airy. But you might be right as I recently went up a pot size in anticipation of it filling it out. I can see my roots are still super white and healthy. I was considering taking it back down but I will try fixing the light situation first to really know. I normally try to adjust one thing at a time and then leave it alone.
