When do I need to go to a bigger pot? Shes doing really good and I dont want to stress her out. She grew a leaf through the wrong opening, so I may need to remove this trellis that shes in, but shell fall over. The beast is already taller than the window, and Im not exactly sure what to do next. Im really looking for suggestions from the community is all :)

Gorgeous! You could just repot into a bigger pot and re-set up the cage, or poles. It looks like the bottom half is almost all roots or arieals, which is why it's falling over, they arent meant to support the plant like that. The other option would be to cut those back, and repot her closer to where the stems are.

Thank you so much for the guidance! Could you describe in more detail what you mean by cutting things back? I dont want to take away her roots and then cant eat to lower the height.

I meant cutting the roots. That bottom portion back. If you didn't want to do that. And the majority of that is actually aerials. If you put her in a bigger pot, you may be able to bury some, or clip a few off, so that she's closer to the soil, and more stable. A large moss pole to weave some of the roots into mmight help. But gotta say I love the tomato cage look! It's cool looking

i would only repot a plant like this when it stops growing or shows signs of distress from being rootbound like yellowing lower leaves or the soil drying out completely within a few days.

^ I second this. Repotted mine that was doing well because “she was doing good” and I thought she may need a bigger pot. Since then, it’s been a struggle to keep her thriving, although she’s still hanging on, she has suffered and because of the pot I repotted her in / soil combo and lack of drainage (there was drainage but not as good as the previous pot) she has gnats) - I panicked and repotted her again. Anyways - with that all being said - save yourself the heartache and her the stress and keep her there and search for ways to keep her happy in her home there! ✨ You’re an amazing plant parent!
