I just bought this Monstera plant at Lowe’s yesterday and the soil is still moist. I notice at the very tip of three leaves are brown and yellow. Not sure what to do. Do I need to repot the plant right away?

Check the roots 😇
1 likeLooks like overwatering since the leaves are droopy. I would aerate the soil and add a liquid fertilizer. Get a moss pole with some support tape and move to a warm dry spot to let it air out.
2 likesAgree. Lift the plant out to check for any signs of rot. (If any cut away) and get rid of any surrounding soil, as above airate the soil as much as you can adding in some bark if possible. Monstera is hardy so can handle under watering so I’d leave watering if soil is soggy :-)
