When should I put this guy in dirt? It’s been in water for at least 3 weeks now. This is my first time propagating a monstera so any tips, tricks, or advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Needs tons more roots. Usually a decent amount of secondary roots before dirt. Could be months before it’s ready depending on conditions

    i'd wait maybe a month longer? i didn't wait too long before i transferred mine and it's doing very well
