   Check the roots for any rotten roots (squishy, foul smelling/discoloured)

     Roots appear normal, not discolored or squishy. I did have an issue with overwatering maybe a month or two ago though

     Good, is it appearing on other leaves, and has it appeared rapidly (within a week or so)

     Nothing on other leaves! And yeah pretty fast

     Most likely a bacterial infection, but could be fungal as it’s sticking to the edges of the leaves, just to be cautious, cut that leaf off and bag it, try not to touch any of your other plants or leaves, and wash ur hands and disinfect anything that you touch after cutting it off, whilst fungal infections are more tame, bacterial spread like wildfire so it pays to be cautious
