How wet is the soil? It looks like it could be root rot. If that is the case, take it out of the soil, wash all soil off roots, trim up the roots removing the dead ones, spray with hydrogen peroxide. Repot the plant. I recommend getting some Hydroguard as well and add that to your water
0 Mi piaceIt had just gotten watered when I took the pic. It gets watered when the soil is at least halfway dry or more (typically takes around two weeks). It’s in the same chunky mix that it came in. It’s under a grow light for 12hrs a day. Fertilizer once a month…. It did have thrips when I first got it but there has been no sign of them in a month since I treated the plant
0 Mi piaceafraid not, friend. there’s something going on. tell us more about your conditions. watering, soil, light

0 Mi piacehmmm something isn’t right. my monstera’s oldest leaves have been hanging on and never yellowed. the only ones i’ve removed i’ve done so only because they didn’t really make sense as the rest of my plant got larger. your plant looks a little sad in general :/ maybe a repot? you’re gonna lose that leaf regardless but hang onto it for now since you only have three and keep your eyes open for a potential pattern (and maybe another good search for pests?)
0 Mi piaceyeah the way that it’s spread out and got kind of limp looking is no bueno. idk want to figure it out too. also this is personal preference, but if your goal is to have a BIG tall plant, they don’t really want to share a pot. if you’re fine with keeping it bushy but not really tall, combining is fine
