I’m worried my soil isn’t drying out quick enough, I just took off some bad roots and put in fresh soil last week. Can I check my roots again and add more bark or will I bother it and give it more problems 😅

This is a hard one, either shock the plant by uprooting it again, or risk the possibility of root rot. What kinda soil have you been using? I would say root health might be more important, but be ready for your monstera to be unhappy for a while and you might lose a leaf or two.

I really like the fox farms soil for my monstera. Did you sanitize your roots after you cut away the dead? I would let her dry out as much as possible, replant and make sure you have a lot of perlite or orchard bark for drainage and sanitize everything! Then give her a nice drink of fresh water and then fertilize in a couple days to give that boost.

I did sanitize ! Ive pressed the snooze button on watering lol. Should I take her out and check her roots again, repot her or just leave her ?

Do you have something you can use like a knitting needle and check to see if the soils moisture condition? If the needle comes out clean, soils dry. I know my monstera got upset after I repotted it. Took a couple weeks before a few leaves perked up.
