Thia is in a north facing room, but about 7 feet away from the window. This is 8 AM in the morning, and I think this room gets a decent amount of light, what do yall think, should I move her closer to the window to get more light? The front leaves were already drooping like that when I got her. Thanks y'all!
I’d say moving her within at least 2-3 feet of the window would be optimal. The thing I am still learning is how quickly light strength diminishes the further you get from windows. So while your eye may perceive there being a lot of light, in actuality there may not be for your plant. So I would suggest moving it much closer if possible or getting a grow bulb/light for it. If you have any questions regarding this please ask!

not enough light at all. north gets the least light of all the windows and it’s getting next to none this far from it. these variegated varieties especially need good light because they are less efficient at photosynthesis than greener varieties. I’d get it right in that window (or in an east or west facing if you’ve got it!) 😎☀️

0 likesI ended up having to move her to an east facing window. It is 8 AM in this photo, is this enough sunlight? If you can see from the photo, our neighbors home is very close to ours, so the majority of the sunlight it gets is just reflected off theor home.
