My plant has been getting some new growth recently, but then will die off at the top and turn brown, and then the bottom leaves are turning yellow. What should I do about it? I water it frequently. I have a plant light for it and I have given it some plant fertilizer
Do you have any pics of what it looks like when dying off at the top? The bottom leaves turning yellow is likely one of 3 things: 1. overwatering 2. nutrient deficient (are you fertilizing?) 3. normal aging
2 Mi piace My recommendation would be to start with a moisture meter and ensure the soil isn’t staying wet - the top 2-3 inches should dry completely between watering!
4 Mi piaceDoes the pot have drainage? Do you have chunky soil? The mini is just like other monsteras. They love to get wet, but hate sitting in water.
3 Mi piace I do give it fertilizer. It does have a drainage hole in the pot. I will start checking the soil, moisture more often:)

Haven’t pampered him with better soil than Costa Farms gave him yet. I will soon tho, that’s maybe half his issue…
