I got this Monstera (actually 3 in one pot) from a big box roughly a month ago. I gave it some tlc and it has already pumped out 4 new leaves. Just sharing :)

i let him adjust to my apartment, treated him for pests and whatnot. Two weeks later i repotted him in a chunky well draining soil with a crap ton of perlite and orchid bark. I also stuck a 2x4 in there so he could climb up it with some plant tape. Make sure you orient your monstera to ‘face forward’ aka aerial roots into the support. And to top off he’s ~4 feet from a west window and out of any direct sunbeams. I live in the mojave (near death valley) so direct sun here scorches even the toughest of succulents and cacti

oh and i also pruned the baby leaves to make better progress on new growth

CassanovaSuper healthy!! I use neem oil on plants for pests and cinnamon on certain ones.
