Is it possible to revive this Monstera? If not I’m just going to throw it out if there is no more hope.

    Definitely don’t throw it out, it’s still very salvageable. The stem is green and you’ve got viable nodes there, so it can absolutely push new growth again. I’d give it some support (a small stake or moss pole) so the plant can climb, Monsteras really prefer growing upright. Also make sure it’s in a chunky well-draining mix and getting good bright indirect light. As long as the stem stays firm and green there’s still life in it. These can bounce back surprisingly well with a bit of stability and patience.
