Hi guys :) Iām too lazy to get up and take a picture of my monstera as I just had a long day at work but I recently repotted it because it was severely root bound in its nursery pot and now the smaller leafs on the plant are turning yellow. Whatās the issue? I donāt want to lose one of the big leaves!
Itās unfortunately pretty normal to lose a few older leaves after a repot. Just keep an eye on it. It will probably recover from the shock and bounce back soon.

1 gilla Does it matter if itās the smaller, younger leaves? Are these just not as strong when it comes to transplant shock?
0 gillningar The smaller leaves are usually the oldest. They tend to grow larger with each new leaf. From the last couple of times I have repotted my Thai Constellation, the oldest leaf (smallest) has died off each time. Iāve repotted my deliciosa as well and the oldest leaf also died back.
