    Gorgeous! Perfect level of variegation to be a clear albo but still avoid stunting growth, too

      Facebook marketplace seller. I knew it had root rot, it was sold at a deep discount as a result.

    It looks like you keep it in leca. Is the pot fully leca? Iโ€™m debating on what soil or combo to do for mine.

      The pot is fully leca. I have a friend that does a soil leca combo for her's

      I have one in coir, one in leca, one in a leca/soil mix, one in a blend of coir/perlite/bark on a sphagnum pole, and two in just sphagnum. The coir is the only I wouldnโ€™t recommend and plan to change; the others all seem to grow and mature at similar rates (though I think the sphagnum pole one would probably be fastest if you controlled for level of variegation). For starting off cuttings Iโ€™m a big fan of leca but after that point I think itโ€™s just what youโ€™re comfortable with
