Yesterday I switched out the coco coir pole this guy had and upgraded him to a moss pole. 🪴 I am a little worried about doing a repot so soon, since it just had one not too long ago, but I think it will be worth it in the long wrong? 🤞🏼 For people using moss poles, how often are you watering? I realize everyone’s environment/situation will be different, just looking for an average. 🗓️
when it’s dry is the only real answer for how often haha! i use an inverted bottle to water mine. sphag moss becomes very hydrophobic when it dries out so the bottle method ensures a slow saturation rather than the water just running everywhere. you’ll want water the soil less now too as some of that moss water will make its way down and you’ll risk overwatering
