I’m new to the Monstera plants and picked up a Thai Constellation. I am so paranoid of root rot as I learn to take care of it. How does she look? She’s getting a new leaf right now but I worry about the soil.

    looks like you have good airflow and good soil! i’ve heard thai cons can take a while to get going. i also recommend investing in a mycorrhizae supplement, really helps establish a strong root system fast, avoid transplant shock and root rot.

    Soil looks good! I second the mycorrhizae supplement or spores. I’d also recommend getting some form of support, moss pole, stake, etc
