So far this is the only brown spot on my Thai constellation, I’m not sure if I’m under or over watering the brown spot is not mushy or crispy. It also doesn’t get direct sunlight but is in a bright room with indirect sunlight. It has pushed out a new leaf within the last couple weeks. Does anybody know what’s going on and what I can do to prevent more brown spots?

Variegation just means that there’s no chlorophyll there, so it eventually, the white will just turn brown and die off

Increasing light levels will help keep the white portions alive longer. Thai Cons can handle A LOT of light when properly acclimated. I would recommend moving to the brightest location possible.

Add silica to your plant water. It helps keep white areas of variegated plants from browning.
