My monstara seems to be doing worse since I transferred it to Lecca. It is in a plant watering string reservoir. I made the change approx 2 weeks ago. Leaves drooping and one leaf is turning yellowish . The last picture is before I made the switch to Lecca trying to have some roots grow
I would put it back into water for a long while before it produces a good amount of healthy roots. I’ve had a lot of luck using prop drops. Good luck! She looks like a nice cutting.
1 mi piaceThis is my monstera prop roots right now after 2 months and I think it should be alot more than these because transferring to soil or leca. So I would also suggest to move it back to water and wait for more roots to grow
Ty!! Yes I put it back in water … is it OK to have the aerial roots submerged in the water also?
0 Mi piaceYes absolutely, in fact the first tiny root was at the end of the aerial root and all these roots that you see are at aerial root I still don’t have any from the stem yet. Hope you’ll see these roots soon😊 its amazing feeling 🥰
