Grocery store?!? That’s gorgeous!!! Usually one that white would be called a “crème brûlée” variant and cost you several hundred dollars 😱 lol. Fantastic find! Mine is mostly green 😂 My advice is to always let the soil dry out before you water again. They have thick sturdy roots, so they can handle going thirsty for a day or so. Watering when the soil is still damp may cause the roots to die off. Also, since yours has so much white variegation, it’s going to need more light than an all green one. However, they won’t do well with super scorching sunlight. May I ask what state or country you live in?

Okay so in Texas I would say probably near a west or south window, but not directly in the window if there’s nothing making shade for it. My opinion anyways. Intense light without slow transition can cause sunburn on the leaves Can you show me a picture of what the soil looks like please?

Yeah, I agree with Charlie, that’s definitely a candidate for a fast repot. I recommend a chunky or tropical soil mix if you happen to have any

Repot as soon as you can, retail stores are notorious for over saturated soil and pests.
