I bought this really young monstera and haven’t seen much growth, the stems got taller but the leaves got smaller making it look lanky and awkward. First photo is old, second one is from a few days ago. No yellowing, wilting leaves or soil issues. What else should I be doing??

if the stems got taller, i believe its growing toward the light. if you’re having no issues, just continue doing what you’re doing and fertilize. it will grow big right before your eyes.

Taller stems and smaller leaves usually mean not enough light.

Looks like a light issue to me - you have leggy stems, that look lighter in the second pic. Looks like the plant is in a window, which direction does the window face?

East, I’ve also tried a grow light on a medium setting

East should be fine. Maybe just being consistent with the grow light for a couple weeks? They need more direct light than I realised when I got mine.
