PLEASE HELP!!! I don’t know what’s happening to my Thai con it had root rot so I gave it chunky soil, then I noticed it’s been sitting in a pool of water for weeks and I don’t know what to do!ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜(I moved it for the photo it gets more light)
i’d either chop and prop what you can or if any of the roots are salvageable, remove anything rotting and replant! depends on the damage! best of luck 🥺

Repot it and remove all of the dirt. Rinse the roots with 1 part water and 1 part hydrogen peroxide. Repot in a chunky mix and water in a few days. Hope that helps

What is the purpose of hydrogen peroxide? Im in a similar situation. The pot was too big and I was drowning him 😬. I’m currently waiting for the potting mix that it’s in to dry out completely before watering again. Would you recommend chopping off the dead leaves?
