Hi guys! Newbie over here obsessed with Monsteras. I need help! Does this look right? I’m not sure if the roots are out?

monsteras like to climb and vine. i’d recommend getting something it can climb on like a moss pole. this can help with aerial roots.

Arial roots are common with monstera!
