Follow up on my previous post, does anyone have any recommendations for grow lights and how long I should leave them on?

    I’ve used the GE grow light and the Sansi bulbs! Both seem to work and I leave them on for 12 hours. (Ignore how chaotic it is, I need more shelves lolol)

    I try to match sunrise/sunset during the summer months and outside of that no less than 12 hours. I use Soltech, but I’ve also heard great things about Barrina
