Repotting question: So I bought my monstera back in April/may and I’ll post a picture of when I bought it. It has been growing at a rate that is SO much faster than any of my other plants. I’ve repotted it twice since I bought it because, although I know monsteras like to be a little root bound, the roots were growing out of the bottom of the pot and were starting to grow roots into its drip tray. I just came home from going away for five days and the roots are growing out of the bottom again!! Even visible from the drip tray. I last repotted last month (05/09/24), is it okay for me to repot for a third time in a year?? I’ll post pictures of its current root situation too. Pls help me Pic 1. When I bought monstera in April Pic 2. current roots growing out the bottom Pic 3. Current monstera state

Also I live in London so the weather is getting colder. I’m scared to repot it and when the weather gets really chilly it’ll cause a problem for it. Will it be okay if I do repot it?? 😭 The plant is inside but it gets really really cold in my flat at night time in the winter

as long as it doesn’t drop below 50-55°F (10°C for you), and hopefully it’ll slow down its growth in the winter

Thank you! I’ll try keep her (I call her Amalthea) warm and I’ll repot again because she’s begging for more room 😭😂

Monsteras LOVE being root bound, so I think if you end up not repotting she would be ok!
