Bought this at Christmas time and it's starting to wilt, I know I need to fertilize it but I am super new to this, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Those look like 3 different plants. A monstera narrow leaf, alocasia and maybe a Mickey Mouse? Monsteras like water, I’m not so sure about the other two. They also really like humidity so might be helpful to mist them.
0 Me gustaIt needs soil. It looks like it is growing a new leaf underwater. A super chunky mix. When watering, water until it is running out of the bottom good and then let it set in the drip saucer for a few mins so that it can further absorb water. Then dump out what's left and don't water it again until it's mostly dried out. There are two different plants that I can see. An Alocasia and a Monstera. Adding a support structure early on will save you from having to do it later. It looks like the Monstera could use a support now.
0 Me gustaI'd separate the 3? Different plants. It looks like though the syngonium is loosing a leaf, it's growing a new one. It maybe too far down into the water. You want to make sure that the nodes are just covered, and growth points/ leaves are above water, otherwise they start to rot and yellow. It can be a bit difficult to make sure the water level is right fir multiple cuttings in one jar
