Don’t have a photo but my Thai constellation has only put out one new leaf since I got her and that was back in May. 😬 she’s doing just fine but it’s just her and her 3 leaves. I moved in late June, it’s not late August and still no signs on a new leaf. I’ve given her food and lighting is good. I water when I see her leaves are starting to droop a little and she perks up pretty fast.

They grow slowly. Mine is outside, and it finally has 5 leaves. Had two and one growing when I purchased her months ago.

I have multiple and most of them are super slow growing I’ve noticed, especially in colder months. Once a new leaf starts to pop out they are super quick to unfurl though

Yeah, they’re slow growers and maybe the move put stress on it. What type of soil does it have?

I've read that if a monstera has too much room in it's pot, it will focus on root growth instead of leaf growth.

Some things that has helped mine with leaf growth is making sure the pot is pretty snug. This also helps reduce the amount of soil that is in the pot (roots > soil) which helps reduce the possibility of root rot. I also only water when soil is dry. But most importantly (that I have noticed anyway for leaf growth) is increasing the humidity. I use a humidifier and that has really helped!
