Is this normal? Stems getting browned and some brown spots on the leaves too…

    I would remove the brown on the stems and give them some water if the top is dry

    If the brown is dry leave it alone. Brown “paper like” flaking on the stem is fine as they age. Over time the stems harden and start to get a more wood-like texture and look. It strengthens the stems to hold a larger plant. Also, browning on the white parts of the leaves is completely normal as they are essentially “useless” to the plant. They don’t feed the plant. It happens to most leaves that have a majority white portion.
