I need some advice! This is my first Monstera I got her in January as a 4 leaf plant. I did repot her in the summer and put her on a mosspole. Today I had to move her to a different spot because she got to big and as I was taking her out of the cache pot I saw a huge bundle of roots. My question is should I repot her now or wait until spring? The mosspole is full of roots, and I'm not sure what to do at this point. 🤔 Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I’d definitely go ahead and repot this and extend the moss pole. Don’t take roots out of moss pole just extend it.

I've already extended the moss pole, I wasn't sure about repotting in the winter since I've read conflicting statements not to repot monstera's in the winter, but it looks like I don't have much of a choice. Wish me luck getting those roots out of there. 😆 Thank you

If The roots don’t come out smoothly. You could always cut them, but just know don’t go up too much in pot size that I can only be 2 inches bigger than the rootball. And always sanitize ur cutting tools before using. Aroid soil mix works great for monsteras !!!

I'll have to get someone to help me get this beast out of there, hopefully unharmed. I usually go up 2 sizes. I may have to cut back on fertilizer, I don't want to have to repot her twice a year. What a pain. Lol Thanks for your help.
