I discovered that my plant has this insect hanging out on just one of the leaves. Any ideas in what I should do?

They are mealy bugs, they can kill the plant if it gets infested, there’s probably more hiding, but the ones you can see die if you wet them with hydrogen peroxide

These are mealy bugs. Put some rubbing alcohol on a q-tip and wipe the bugs away. It kills on contact (super satisfying). Make sure to check under and around all leaves, along the stem and especially the soil around the base of the stems. Dab the alcohol on any white spots. Any cotton-like areas in the soil are egg clusters. Dab the same spots again with water so the alcohol doesn’t dry out the plant. Or you can mist with water on the spots you treated. This should be fine if it’s just a few areas but if it progresses to an infestation, I’d suggest neem oil. I’ve done both techniques and they work great!
