Can you describe the situation? How long have you had her, when did the decline start, has she recently been repotted, what type of soil do you have her in, how often do you water her, etc? Common Montsera issues are light, over watering (and root rot as a result), underwatering and pests. So you need to do a process of elimination based on knowing what you’re doing right, first.

Several months just recently it started declining. Someone mentioned root rot so I repotted with new soil and added a moss pole. The soil was pretty moist trapped in the bundle of roots. I only water once a week

The first picture looks like sunburn, I’d take a day and check at least every hour to see if there’s a beam of direct sunlight or a refraction of it hitting there. The second leaf looks a little burned but just dying off- totally normal with these beasts as long as it’s the oldest ones!! Did the roots smell funky when you repotted?? If it is rotting you’ll need to chop all the rot and spray with 3% hydrogen peroxide before repotting in new soil- just looks a little sunburned to me though.

No smell. These leaves were in the back facing a wall .
