Is she happy? The smallest leaf is the newest one and im honestly waiting for more but this is my first monstera so I don’t know what to expect.

    It looks good. The big leaf is adjusting to get more light. When is the last time you fertilized?

      Last week and should I rotate?

      I don’t rotate mine. Only if it’s been an overcast week with little sun ☀️. But all of my leaves are forward. I kinda let it do its own thing. I prune dead leaves when needed and fertilize once a month. Water when needed. It got big fast. It’s a really easy plant to grow in the right conditions. I have no moss pole .
