My Thai Con from a big box store has some mechanical damage that was stressing me out but look sago pushing a new leaf?! 😊🌱

    Yay! Would cutting off that damaged leaf hurt her? That would stress me out too lol! I’d have to see if I could cut it 🤔

      I believe I can cut it off but I’m waiting for it to dry out a bit more. It started off soggy.

      soggy is almost never mechanical damage, it's a root problem. open up that pot!! also, removing the leaf would do no harm but you don't have to remove all of it, you can just trim off the dead bits and leave the rest

      It’s no longer soggy. It’s dried up a bit so I’ll try to cut it out. After the new leaf blooms the old one may just die off.
