    May have been 3 days late to water both times but I don’t think that should’ve caused such a HUGE problem…?

    It seems like it's going without water for too long, then it's drowning. This is a wet leaf.

      Are you drying her out then flooding her?

    Is there water trapped in the decorative pot? This looks like she is sitting too wet. If she was too dry your white would start crisping. My guess based on the photo is you are giving too much water and it is draining out of the nursery pot into the decorative pot and then she is drowning in it.
