Sooo I was proud of my monstera until I saw a video and I’m apparently growing it crazy 😭 I have no sticks no poles and I know I need a bigger pot 😭

    You should be proud! It’s a gorgeous plant. Unless it’s ridiculously root bound, it probably doesn’t need a bigger pot; monsteras love to have their roots cramped in a smaller space and will grow better that way! I don’t repot into a bigger pot until I see a lot of roots coming out the bottom- even then I often wait 😅 As you’ve learned, they are climbing plants so it will be happy with some sort of sturdy support, whether it’s a moss pole, wooden trellis, metal trellis, garden stakes, or something else. That being said, I’ve seen one person grow a monstera as a crawling plant (Sydney Plant Guy on Youtube if you’re interested), but that frankly seems a lot more complicated to me and personally I wouldn’t suggest it. But again, it’s still a gorgeous plant you’ve grown!
