My poor baby Glenn is sick. Why are his leaves looking like this? He’s kept in in-direct sunlight, not in direct A/C flow. Any tips would be very helpful 😊✨🪴

I would try another location, that looks like leaf burn, it may get indirect light only partially times of the day. If not make sure it’s not sitting in water in the drainage tray after watering..I would go ahead and prune that leaf off so it want drain oxygen from other parts of your plant
1 j'aimePoor Glenn! Yellowing can sometimes mean overwatering, while browning could be underwatering or low humidity. Check the soil moisture and adjust watering if needed. Also, make sure he’s getting bright, indirect light (not too close to the window). If the air is dry, misting or a humidifier could help too! You’re doing great—plants can be tricky sometimes! 🌱
