My monstera Swiss cheese plant is growing well but seems to be tilting to the side. Should I add some type of support in the pot?

I’d add a moss pole. That’s what I’ve done with mine.

0 Mi piaceJust know those can be quite a bit of maintenance! It can also root to a plank
0 Mi piaceAre you referring to the moss pole when you say “those can be quite a bit of maintenance!”?
0 Mi piaceI believe that is what they mean. Moss poles do require a lot of upkeep. You could also use a trellis or start with a small piece of wood.
0 Mi piaceOkay great! That was going to be my next question. What else could I use.
0 Mi piaceHmm. I guess I’m doing it wrong then. I just got an extendable “moss pole” from Amazon and stuck it in the pot. Then I loosely tied the plant to the pole with a bit of twine in a few places and let it go. I don’t fiddle with it. When it gets longer, I’ll tie it up a bit more, maybe extend the pole. Other than that, she’s no trouble at all.
3 Mi piaceOh you have a coco pole! For the sphagnum poles - the arial systems really root into it so that has to be kept moist.
1 mi piaceYes! Sorry I forgot to reply to the comment
0 Mi piaceThank you! Maybe I’ll try a small trellis or stick to start. Thanks for your help!
0 Mi piaceYup
0 Mi piaceI habe two bamboo poles in mine. My sister's plant is huge (almost four years old), and she has several bamboo poles in hers.
0 Mi piaceMoss pole these. Its leaves will grow bigger. Especially if you cut it in half every once in a while. The Sydney plant man did a video on it
