My first post here ! This is my second monstera as a newbie to plant parent life 🤓 she’s a Thai constellation , should she be in a bigger pot ? And is there anyway to get rid of the browning spots ? I just got her today !

I’d definitely check the soil to roots ratio and if there’s more roots than soil then definitely repot! And the browsing looks like it could potentially be due to low humidity or watering problems, because it’s new (it could just have been the last area it was in that was low in humidity and it just needs some time to adjust) I would definitely get a hygrometer to test the humidity and if it’s lower than about 40-50% i’d definitely invest in a humidifier. My monsters had the exact same thing and this seemed to work:)

i’m guessing dry air, under watering, or it’s rootbound (or a combination) based on the curling leaves. i wouldn’t recommend repotting or anything until it’s established in your home. a new environment is stressful for plants and adding the stress of repotting can cause transplant shock.
