It could probably use a stake (I recommend bamboo or wood stakes instead of moss poles. It probably needs more light as well, based on the elongated stems.

1 j'aimeI use cocoa coir poles and plant Velcro it needs highly stable support and to be strapped to it. It will not climb in its own. The moss poles are good because it helps keep the ambient humidity around the plant higher which is why several people use them.
