Thai monstera will need a repot once her new leaf unfurls!! But I’m going to need better support (she just had a wooden stake for now), and I’m not sure which direction is supposed to be her front? I don’t really want to do a moss pole, but not sure what I want to use yet…And how much bigger pot do I do? 🤔
I think the new support should go exactly where the old one is. You don’t need to use a moss pole if you don’t want to. There are great options I’ve seen on YouTube. I will probably get my monsteras plain wood.

For repotting, 1-2 inches bigger is ideal

that seems to be her back. and pots should only be 2 inches bigger than the root ball, especially with thai con, they're prone to root rot.
