    I've been dealing with some variegated plants in trying to balance out the white/green. The advice I've found is to look at the stem, if it is white, it will continue to push out white leaves. I know it's scary, but you may need to trim/prune it back to the last node/stem that had color. This will force, hopefully, a mixed/non-fully white leaf. Variegated plants are tricky, they need the green to fuel the plant, too much white means not enough energy for the plant and it will die/struggle.

      Yes it will die. I’ve been chopping and propping my first Albo since 2023. This year out of about 15 cuttings, 2 came out all white.
