My monstera has been sad and droopy all winter. It’s in a low light room but the grow light seemed to perk her up at first. I’m thinking that her pot might be too big? The soil seems to take a while to dry out.

    Hi there, I recommend resizing the pot to a smaller one and trim off any root rot when repotting. Definitely change the soils to either an Airoid Mix or Chunky soil (coca bark, perlite, charcoal, soil mix) and then water bi weekly! She can be saved🫶🏼

    soil is too dense, she can't breathe ! you can buy pre-mixed soil or purchase amendments yourself and mix them in. you're looking for orchid bark and perlite, lots of it. you want 60% amendments and 40% soil in the pot.
