Something I always do when getting new monsteras is repotting right away usually the roots have outgrown the pots by the time you purchase them. And gently wash the roots to check for any pests / root rot out it in some new soil (tropical bled) and every other week in the summer add fertilizer and one time a month in the winter! I love love love these plants!
2 gillningarI have a wide range of plants and for some reason a monstera has always intimidated me. I will tackle your suggestions over the weekend, thank you! ☺️
0 gillningarBright indirect light and chunky soil. Personally I like to trim off the tiny baby leaves, but that’s just a personal preference Monsteras like to be a bit root bound, so when you repot, just go 1 size up

1 gillaI agree with this as well!

i would make sure to locate the back and front of the plant so you can place the support correctly. monstera can tolerate full sun if gradually acclimated and will give you the biggest leaves and fastest growth with the most amount of light you can offer them
