String of hearts

Would anyone know why my monstera would kind of rot like this? It’s not fast developing and I watered it today with my other ones. What am I doing wrong or not enough of? I put all my plants in direct light for at least 5 and a half hours and if it’s nice enough they do go outside or at least I try to but haven’t been able to because of rain.

How is the soil? It looks like it may be molding a bit but I can’t tell based on your pictures

I re-watered today and it looked fine. I will post a picture tomorrow! Can’t get to where it is right now 😅

You were right! My husband found mold right where I didn’t look! Also the roots seemed to be huge and don’t fit the pot anymore so I replanted it! And will more than likely have to repot in a week again

If it’s just on the lighter variegation on that one leaf I wouldn’t be too concerned. The lighter parts have less chlorophyll so they can be more sensitive to condition/environment changes. It could be due to a number of different things, but since the rest of the plant looks healthy I’d say you’re still doing well :)
