Finally gave my Thai Con a big chop about two weeks ago, because it wasn't giving me enough fenestrations in the past few leaves, and we have success!!!

So you cut a big leaf off? I’m debating on a moss pole or not for mine. It’s getting too big for the area so I turned it to grow more towards the middle towards to window but I am scared of mold on the moss pole and maybe it’s too big already to try that. What do you think?

yours seems to be multiple plants in the same pot. if you're looking to support it, you may want to separate them, just for the sake of ease. the largest one, though, is certainly too large to put on a pole now. you also don't have to use a pole, you can use anything to support the stem so it climbs. i use a 2x4 plank for my big monstera deliciosa and plastic stakes for smaller plants. if you're considering chopping it, make sure you cut the stem, not a leaf, and make sure it's directly above or below a growth node. nodes are most easily identifiable by looking at where the leaves attach to the stems. good luck!!
