Can anyone help me understand what’s going on here! I’ve had many of Monstera but never had this happen.

    Same thing happened to me. Beau is just a small part I think it is some sort of sunburn or a glare off of something that had burnt leaf

    same thing happened to me recently. it’s due to too much direct sunlight. i had moved my plant while i was reorganizing my house and she just so happened to get put into a spot where she got too much sun and developed darkness on her leaves. i moved her back and the black hasn’t expanded since

    Was it in direct sunlight recently? Looks like sunburn to me

      I brought it home from work and set it outside in like 5 o’clock North Carolina coastal heat🙄 it was there for maybe a couple of hours
