My monstera is doing well and I’m just not sure when I need to repot it. Do I wait until it’s all roots in the pot or is now a good time? Also, to moss poll or not to moss poll? I think I would like to get more of a taller look than a bushy look I’m just not sure how to do a moss poll and keep the plant strong and healthy.
monstera like to be a little snug. i'd wait a few more months before repot. for moss poles i'm not so sure, but you want to place it on the back of the stem. in your case, it's the side that's closer to the wall of the pot in that first picture. you can use plant velcro to secure it while it establishes roots in the pole. remember that moss poles must be consistently watered, and they will mold if you don't pay enough attention. she looks great though!

Personally I’d repot it sooner than later, a key indicator will be the curling of the edges of leaves and if they start to droop, she’ll need a repot🫶🏼
