The white is turning brown ☹️ under/over watering? Or from the thrips I think it had?

Def from the thrips! My Thai con did the same thing when it got thrips, also just make sure you let it dry out mostly before watering again incase that is the problem too

  I know 🤧 I had to cut back so much of my biggest plant (monstera deliciosa) when treating them. It broke my heart💔 but it will bounce back! Just give it extra love and clean leaves I love the dead bug brew spray it saved all of my plants I had about 30 plants I had to treat 😭
