Starting to get secondary aerial roots. Is my plant trying to tell me something? Also why is part of the stem of each leaf turning brown and drying up? Too dry?

I’m no expert and correct me if I’m wrong but I believe the secondary aerial roots are coming in to create more stability for your plant. I would maybe suggest a slightly larger pot maybe. The browning is because of humidity. There may not be much humidity where you are living and it does the same thing to my plants. Monsteras are tropical plants so they like high humidity levels. Totally fine that this is happening. I hope this helped.

They like to climb stuff. In the wild they get up to like 60' long. Maybe find something cool for it to climb or push the arial roots into the soil. Some people say cut them off and they'll grow more leaves. Not sure how true that its.

The browning is nothing to worry about, that’s just the sheathe and they don’t serve any function after the leaf is free from them
